An essential part of your extended training

You've just passed your driving test and we're sure you want to keep your precious new license - remember that now you've passed, you're on a two year probation period. If you get 6 penalty points within this period, you'll lose your licence and have to take the test all over again.

The Pass Plus Scheme is designed to give you more experience and confidence on the road.

The course includes the following modules:
■Introduction and town driving
■All weather driving
■Night driving
■Rural driving
■Dual carriageways
■Motorway driving

Once each module has been covered, post your progress sheet to the DSA. The DSA will then send you a Pass Plus Certificate which you then pass on to your insurance company for a discount on your premium.

The Pass Plus course only costs a minimum of 6 hours at £19 per hour.

There isn't a Test at the end - but after the 6 modules you do have to satisfy your Pass Plus instructor that your performance meets the required standard in each module. Price includes all your paperwork & Pass Plus Certificate. Course length 6 hours. Can be taken as 3 x 2 hour sessions.

INSURANCE / PASS PLUS

You will easily recoup your money - and more - through your insurance companies Pass Plus discount scheme. Major insurance companies, encouraged by the government, support this scheme and will normally give you a very good discount on your premium.
